Title: What's up in the Marvel Universe?
Post by: Spring Heeled Jack on September 17, 2009, 08:00:00 PM
Erm... What's been happening in the Marvel Universe since, say, this time last year? Anything?

Last thing I heard, Captain America was assassinated.

I've been out of touch. And comics still cost too much. :D

Was last year the Secret Invasion?  Or was that over already?

The X-Men have made their own nation using an old Asteroid M. It's very exciting.

Last year was Secret Invasion. Now we're in Dark Reign. SHJ, peruse the Marvel thread (below this one). We more or less transcribed marvel's progression... though it's mostly X-related. :P

Oh, and Captain America is on his way back to being reborn in the aptly titled, "Captain America: Reborn," which is now on issue 3 of 5 (?).

Marvel publishes non-X-books?  :o That's madness!

...

My curiosity is piqued/yawning. :)

I guess it's like these old high school friends on Facebook. I care, but I'm not concerned.

Thanks for the update, though, fellas. It's important to keep tabs on this stuff. ;)
