might need a skope:

I'm all for Astro City characters, so let me know if you have an idea for a skope, and I'll see what I can do. I kind of want to do Leopardman and Kitkat, too. Oh, and Starwoman.

if you are willing to skope, i'd be willing to mesh out the parts, like the ceaser headdress and leather tunic.

Tommy's and I think ink's are okay. And Grenaider has the FV_draconus mesh too.

Ink's probably is if'y at best. His LifeGuard mesh uses The Beyonders winged max file...all the animations and the wings themselves come from that. I'd ask Beyonder first...he's given permission before in some cases.
