Okay, I've been trying to alpha-enable the hood on Texas Jack's Hate Monger mesh, and whatever I'm doing to it just damages it so badly that it no longer functions; it just crashes CTool. Could someone who is more skilled with Nifscope than myself please do this for me? If you don't already have it, the mesh is located here:

If you feel really ambitious, you might put the big square belt buckle from a Tom Versatile mesh on his belt, too. If not, then I might can handle that.
