So...for one of the side projects I'm working on, I need a head.nif for Nick, a.k.a. Liberty Lad, in his civilian garb. I tried using the one from FF1, but that crashed the game. Can anyone help me out?

Converting wouldn't help you, as you already found out. FF1's head.nifs have less "emotional" channels than FFVTTR. This is why it won't work correctly. You'd either need to find an FFVTTR version or make use of Ren's single plane version of a head.nif
Well, I'd really like something that will match the rest of the nice, built in 3D head nifs that are in use for this mission. Is there a Nick head.nif for FF2 someplace?
