Hi, I just came across an FFVT3R & bought it. :thumbup: I remember from when I use to download skins for my old TheSims game & thought it would be just as easy, but its been driving me crazy! :wacko:
Ive spent over 2weeks trying to figure out how to get the FFskins to work in the FFVT3R game(I still am)& realized I hasnt even play it yet! :doh: Once I pick a character & started the game it just when blank. It started with the little intro, then when the game play begins, the screen brakes up then goes black! I can still hear the sound but no picture. :huh: I checked around then read somewhere that inorder to play FFVT3R on WinXP you need a patch. But every link I go to thats suppose to have this patch is dead. :( I haven't tried to download the old FF patches because of all the problem with the skins, I wasnt sure if I'd make things even worse. :unsure:
If there's a post or link that can help me, please let me know. The FREEDOMFAN links does not work at all! No matter what Webpage I try to go to it from, the link wont work! :banghead: I have 2computers. One with XP(which I play games on)& the other has Vista. Would I have the same problem with Vista? :blink:
At first blush, it sounds like the video card problem that was very prevalent when it first came out. Can you still see your cursor, the portraits, and the Objective arrows?
Nope.... Nothing.
I see the skins in the editor screen where you pick your power & see the moves. Once I started the game the bottom half of the screen is mostly blank while the top is broken up in little squares.
