I've had a minicity for a while now, but no one ever visits.
I clicked the Industrial link. Looks like minipatriot needs some roads and businesses.
Yet another interesting site blocked by the great fire wall....maybe the word patriot is the trigger?!?! Or maybe it's full of smut and youz guyz is nasty. :P
