Hi, guys. I can't enter to my Characters folder with the EZ Hero. So, I can't customize Hero file. Suggestions?

Are you looking in the right place when you browse? FFVTTR and FF1 keep hero files in different places.

when you open the file menu in ezhero, check the folder it is looking in for your hero files. You may need to look in another folder. FF1 hero files are in the FF directory. FFVTTR are under application data in the documents and settings folder IIRC.

And what else could you possibly mean by character files? There is no such thing, so we assumed you meant hero files. You need to explain what you mean in detail so we know how to help you.
