Robin (Dick Grayson/Tim Drake)
Superboy (Pre-Crisis Kal-El/Post-Crisis Con-El, in a variety of costumes)
Kid Flash (Wally West/Bart Allen)
Beast Boy (old purple costume/red&white costume/something newer)
Vigilante (Earth-2 western-style/Earth 1 all black bodysuit spy-type)
Is the Zoom you're looking for Professor Zoom, the Reverse Flash?
If you poke around a bit more on Alex's site, you might find some of what you're looking for. Some might also be found on other sites on his Links page (possibly Kenn-X's site or Atomic Robot's).
I know that some of the others do exist (such as Tomar Re), but don't know off the top of my head where they are.

Tomar-Re is in C6's section at Alex's. TUE has an excellent version of Two-Face (looks like the TAS one). I don't know where it is off the top of my head though. Vigilante can be found on Ren's site:
