Title: Was this ever figured out?
Post by: Tomato on May 02, 2009, 07:04:38 PM
I've got a project (which at the moment is a few skins away, but I figure I'll bring this up now) which would, best case, involve me skoping one or two pieces onto either the Plasticman mesh or Tommy's Mr. Fantastic, depending how I feel when they're made. Did anyone figure this out? I know there was some question about it for awhile.

What exactly are you asking? What was figured out?

There was, as I recall, an issue on getting skope-able bits onto the Plastic Man or Mr. F meshes due to the disappearing pieces those meshes had. I have a few ideas for when I actually get down to doing it, but if someone figured it out already I'd rather take notes before I attach Mr. Fantastic's arm to his head or whatever.

I believe Johnny Patches figured it out. A good example being JP's skope of super skrull. (Well I atleast think it was his, might be AA's though)

While it may n ot mean a thing, I had to add the alpha effect to each piece (dodge left, dodge right, area, melees) of the mesh when I made TJ Buff Alpha. You might have to scope parts to each of those meshes-within-the-mesh. I've been thinking of scoping a big traingular nose on Plas so that I would have a Glob mesh, and figured that most of the shifted shapes would need the nose too.
