Hey guys, found my old DC Who's Who and came across this guy, never really read anything with him in it but he looks kinda cool so I thought I'd give it shot & put up a request

hah! i remember that story! if i recall, not a happy ending. some sort of sacrifice on the bots part. i'd love to read those again.
i'll second that request. love to see joe in the game. a real american hero. could he be skoped?

Hmmm... Iron Man legcuffs, Doc Doom joint disks, "goggle" eyes... Maybe a good basic could be done with a TV mesh...

An interesting character. Probably I might to do a skope, but the skin is a bit difficult for me.
