In Greek, the language common language of the first Christians, the two were part of the same thing, since the Christian holiday closely follows (and is linked to in the Christian narrative) the Jewish one. They were both referred to by the same name, as a matter of fact, the only difference was in who was talking.
So in the spirit of the Greek language, have a happy pascha.
