I think both Thing & Colossus are higher than Luke Cage; not sure about Doc Samson.

Kimura from New X-Men is completely invulnerable. Not even adamantium can hurt her.

Adamantium claws have also been shown not to hurt the Silver Surfer or the Sentry.  That doesn't mean any of them are completely invulnerable though.

invulnerability wise from your list from all the punishment ive seen him take over the years i'd have to say HULK first then  COLOSSUS, THING, and LUKE/SAMSON are probably pretty even.yeah, you see the hulk being pierced and cut but thats purely for story/visual effect.almost nobody can take the punishment the hulk can and walk away.i think they take POWERMAN's steel hard skin thing way too far.i always liked him better when he could only lift 3 tons.it made him more interesting.in wolverines first run in with the hulk, wolverines claws couldnt cut him.his resistance also increases with his anger.

Yeah Kimura's almost totally indestructible in a physical sense. Mentally? no. but she's survived being blown up by her own grenade belt, being chained to a wall in a house that was about to blow to bits. So yeah she's pretty tough. I'm not sure about how well she could take a punch from collosus though.

I'd put hulk at the top
Here:
(Juggernaught)
Hulk
(Kimura?)
Thing
Collosus
(She-Hulk)
(Joanna cargill/Frenzy)
Luke Cage
Doc Samson

Invulnerability doesn't refer to the wounds you can heal it refers to the damage you can shrug off and walk away from unscathed, the hulk is plenty invulnerable but what makes him such a tough customer is his rate of regeneration. the same goes for wolverine.

back when hulk and logan first battled, hulk having a healing factor was something that was never brought up.he was just super resistant. The first i remember hulk and a healing factor was when he started turning grey at night.where they screw up with the hulk is one minute he's being pierced by a say spear then the next minute shrugging off tank shells.its all about the writing and the guys writing need to start doing their MARVEL homework.

In terms of overall power out of 10 I'd rank them:

Hulk                  11
Thing/Colossus     8
Doc Samson         5
Luke Cage           3

Hulk and Samsom are blanced in terms of strength and invulnerbaility, leqaning a little more to strength maybe.
Thing and Colossus are much stronger than they are tough, both have been hurt quite badly a number of times.
Luke is way tougher than he is strong.

So adjusting for this:

Hulk                11
Thing/Colossus   7
Doc Samson       4
Luke Cage         5

So thats my take: Hulk, then Thing and Colossus tied, then Cage, then Samson.

Hulk

Hulk's invulnerability is relative to his rage though, yeah he is super at first transformation but you have to take into account how calm he is later or how angry he is later. Sentry did kind of beat him in world war hulk if i am remembering correctly.

yeah sentry was cleaning his clock at first but as the battle continued hulks power kept increasing until he could go toe-to-toe with him.ive read hulk since i was old enough to buy comics and it always rings true with him.longer the battle, the madder he gets the stronger and more invulnerable he gets.when he's calm and off guard is the only/best time to take out the hulk.with him you only get one chance.

Couldn't agree more herodad1. If you want any chance of taking down the Hulk you must do it fast before the rage factor kicks in and sends his stats to the other side of the universe. I thought the way Rulk defeated Hulk was perfect. He knew he had to take him out quickly and that's what he did with that "sleeper hold" he put on him. Vern Gagne would have been proud.

Could Plastic Man's elacticity be considered invunerability?

No.

Seems like in one of the Silver Age issues, somebody shot at Plas with diamond tipped bullets, actually punching holes in his soft, squishy, little body. That's why this shape-shifting, silly-putty android double-hardened his Physuical Defense against those nasty Armor Piercing and Penetrating attacks.

Also, Plas has been hit hard enough, even when semi-solid to be stunned. So he can be considered tough, but not invulnerable.

Why is Thanos not on the list at all? Or Ultron who's made out of adamantium and is ranked as one of the top durable characters in Marvel's guides + online rankings?

Just a sample list of some of the more durable characters in marvel:

1. Hulk/Thanos/Ultron/Juggernaut/Colossus
2. Thor/Thing/S. Surfer/Wonder Man/Namor/Sandman/Rhino/Doc. Samson
3. Marvel boy/Captain Marvel/Emma Frost (Diamond)/She-Hulk/Luke Cage
4. Venom/Agent X/Angel (+Normal Archangel)/Beast/Mystique/Ms. Marvel/Wolverine
5. Bishop/Captain America/Black Panther/Iceman/Spider-man

So, going by Marvel's own official stats from the encyclopedias and their online rankings, Hulk/Colossus/Old Juggernaut (dunno about current)/and possibly current Thor should be the characters that can withstand the most pain before actually taking on damage. Is it always depicted as such? That's a different story. Of course, this is taking into account generic damage as each character may or may not be weaker to other power sources that could affect their durability rankings.

**As stated by Marvel, their durability charts are arranged by the character's ability to recover from or resist damage. Characters in the number 1 position are virtually impossible to harm, while characters in the number 5 position can withstand more damage than the typical human. Characters in the number 4 position have some form of healing factor.

Thanos smashed that to smithereens when he had the infinity gauntlet.

Don't be silly. "I" didn't rank him, Marvel did. In fact, Thing's invulnerability stats change depending on which form he's in. Anyway, isn't steel more durable than rock anyway? So wouldn't Colossus be one up over Thing regardless of their placing?

Of course "you" ranked him.  It has your post written all over it!

And Cosmic Rays > Silly Mutant

What form are you referring to?  Human vs Rock?  Or Insane-Pointy-Rock-Double-Dose-Cosmic-Radiation vs Normal-Cosmic-Radiation-Single-Dose-Rock?  :o

Torch will always stick up for the Rock, even though I have the most fun when I'm annoying him! *evil grin*

Could Plastic Man's elacticity be considered invunerability? I mean, he can deflect projectiles of almost any size, absorb the shock of both blunt force and nearly any energy- based attacks. And his "plastic-y," inorganic brain leaves him completely impervious to psychic attacks and mind control. His only real weakness is sub- zero temperatures.
wtf, dude eclipso totally used her mental powers of manipulation on plastic man and made him rob a bank with a shotgun

alot of characters werent brought up because only a few were asked about.but...as far as who's more inv. between hulk and juggs is a hard call.juggernaut is not only super tough but he also has a mystical force field augmenting his resistance.hulk on the other hand is super tough too but any damage he does recieve is almost instantly healed.like before the longer the battle the stronger/tougher he gets.when it comes to colossus and the thing i think ben can handle punches better because even though he's got a rock hide it probably gives like skin does absorbing physical force alittle better but when it comes to extreme temperatures/energy colossus could probably take more.over all though silver surfer is top of the list.the dude has flown through suns.

The biggest problem with this discussion is that, regardless what it says in thr gaming material, any character's "stats" change with the needs of the story and the memory of the writer. So all we can really do is say that the toughest character in the Marvel Universe should be... well, in my opinion, The Hulk. But could be The Silver Surfer, or Galactus, or even Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

Um...Regardless of whether it's a psionic field or not (which it is not...It's a bio-aura emanating from every cell of her body), she's nearly indestructible...So, I would definitely say she counts as at least, Highly Invulnerable.
