Probably not. byd_male_4tentacles was notoriously difficult to animate, according to the Big B. So near as I can tell, this is either impossible or such a ridiculous pain in the patoot nobody would want to do it. Sorry.
Unless you did some keyframe transferring? Maybe? I dunno.

No, even that's impossible, or at least is considered very unethical. Unless Beyonder's changed the rules since I last looked, Doc Ock is on the "no hex" list because of the work he put in. Since they're the main portion of the work, the animations fall under that, methinks.
Now, it MIGHT be possible to set the mesh up to use the animations from B's Octopus biped, but it'd require A LOT of work... I did something similar with my Kid Rocket mesh, but that only required adjusting the shape of male_basic so it didn't bunch up when it was on Ren's Superboy keys. To put a female Doc Ock on the proper keys, you'd have to mesh out everything (arms and all), restructure the biped so that it EXACTLY matched Beyonder's setup, then made sure EVERYTHING was scaled properly, which would be problematic since we're talking two completely different body types (Doc Ock is rather short and chubby, as opposed to the typical female bodybase).
In short, you'd really be better off shoving an Ice pick through your brain or animating a new one yourself.
