I saw that the other day. Pretty funny stuff. Looks more like Robot Chicken than I'm A Marvel/DC, to me at least.

It was amusing, but the writing, humor and voice acting feels really forced.
Its like Robot chicken and Marvel/DC are done by people who are fans of what they are making fun of, sO they feel more genuine cause the jokes and jabs feel like the kinds of jabs fans make about things they like.

This feels like something done by a marketing dept. who doesn't quite get the joke of what they are being asked to do.

I watched it; it was surprisingly amusing, but not great.
But yeah, it's pretty obvious what it's inspirations are.
