Title: Congratulations to Stumpy, FR's newest admin

The Titans have voted to elevate Stumpy to Administrator status.  He's been a fair and dedicated moderator and is willing to step it up to the next level.  Thanks Stumpy, and good luck!  :)

Thanks folks. I'm here more than anywhere else in the virtual world and this community means a lot to me. I'm grateful to the Titans for their confidence and to everyone who makes this place such a great second home.  :D

Alright! Back to work!  (Or, is that back to goofing off?)  :P

Totally agree.  Stumpy, you have always to my knowledge been reasonable and fair, and you've always shown excellent judgment and common sense in every debate and opinion.  Plus, you have some relevant technical skills, do you not?  You will make a great admin.
