i'm looking for mandrake, flash, lothar, and the phantom.  usagent herofiles would be awesome also!

check zuludelta's sites for flash.i know he's got a scope for flash and c6 has a skin for him at alex's ff.

I don't think that The Phantom is posted anywhere, but its in the Pulp Fiction Mod, and I have a Phantom 1-Gun mesh posted on CO2 (I think) for the Minion skins. All it is, is The Phantom with one holster hidden. Kenn-X did a Phantom multi-pack, and I know C6 and Syn both did skins.
