Kind of like VX Leader-New, but smoother and not so lumpy. Basically a normal mesh but with an oversized cranium. If it was made with a hexable cape, it could do for all sorts of silver age characters, such as Evolvo-Lad, Future-Superman, Future-Jimmy Olsen, at least one incarnation of Hector Hammond, Gwillum from the "Sixth Finger" episode of the Outer Limits, bound to be scads of others.
I know there is a guy with a huge afro, but that is too bog.

Not familiar with this costume (Cockrum, maybe?), but this is Evolvo Lad. The Swan version for Jimmy Olsen and Superman was slightly different, maybe with the sides of the head slightly more protuberant.
