Short version: someone hacked the electronic road signs to say things like "DAILY LANE CLOSURES DUE TO ZOMBIES" and so forth. The Illinois highway department is not amused, but I am.
C'mon, life is boring without Zombies.
Do any of you have an Emergency Zombies Escape Plan (EZEP)?
I think "Zombies" should be one of the pre-proggramed phrases in those machines, because you never know. If it happens here in Boston and I'm on the subway I would never know with those cold war intercoms they use...
"BZZZT. Hi, thizzz izzz Daaan Gobowzzki zzzzt we are zzz espezzzz some zzzzmbie attack on zzzzvilians. You may zzzzzzzzz some zzzleays or death."
Eh, if you really want to see zombies walking the streets, try walking along Flatbush Avenue (in Brooklyn) after midnight in the summer...
That's one of the greatest things ever.
Heh heh heh... this is great.
Heh, nice one...

It'd be very difficult to come up with a comprehensive plan to cater for all scenarios. As a wise man once said: Zombies, by their very nature, are inconsistent.

Yup, wouldn't be right for a horror fan like me to be without one.
And I have the World War Z book too.
