Does anyone have a hero file for this guy? He's from DC's "The Golden Age".

Just want to give this a necro-bump. I know he flies and has superstrength, but not sure how else to run him. Any suggestions, or does someone have a hero file for him that they could send me?
Sorry CB, I'm afraid I don't really know the character, but from my very limited understanding he can shoot concussive energy blasts, and his invulnerability can be worn down. Body Armor might be appropriate.
Thanks Benton, I'm also curious about his stats. He goes punch for punch for with Hourman, the Atom, and the Human Bomb. So I'm thinking about averaging out some of their stats and basing the numbers on that.
Unless, of course, someone already put together a herofile for him that I can copy.
