I've actually downloaded the list from the web archive (http://web.archive.org/) and restored the page "a" into a working state.
Oh and here is another mesh list (http://gpwarehouse.freedomforceforever.com/mmesh/index.php) that allows you to sort the meshes you search by creator.
I included that because I can't seem to find that link in Goggles' homepage. :unsure:
Just went to that other link with searches by creator, most of them don't work anymore and just direct you to one of those "buy this web domain" sites.
The top mesh list (@ Freedom U) seems to be gone.

I hate to say, but all of these lists are kind of out of date. many of the links that I've clicked on lead to locations that, currently, are defunct. For example, I clicked on a link for Luke Skywalker, but it led me to 'Lycos FR'; as far as I could tell, there wasn't a single file to be had. (Coincidentally, it told me that the current temp in Minneapolis was 23 degrees, which as FAR from the truth.) The point is, these lists aren't all that reliable anymore.
While the lists themselves may be out of date, they still will tell you if a Mesh exists or not, which will then allow you to make a request for it.
As for updating the lists, that would be a huge undertaking, which would reallistically be very difficult to maintain.

Well, alright; I can understand that. That said, is there also a master
skin list? Because there are likely plenty of characters who only have skins as opposed to unique meshes.
While also not completely current, there is a huge list that was compiled by Cripp12. You should be able to locate it through the link in my signature.

An immeasurable amount of work went into putting these lists together, even though some of the links may not work, I think the Community as a whole is extremely grateful for their existence.

I should also mention that many of these links point to websites of content creators who no longer frequent the Community. Unfortunately, as they leave, they no longer have a reason to maintain their websites. This is why many of us have made attempts to collect their creations and host them in various Yahoo Groups.
That being said, just creating these Yahoo Groups and loading the content is time consuming enough as it is, trying to update the lists, at least for me, really isn't an option. However, if someone had the inclination to either update the current lists, or to create new ones, I'm sure the Community would support that effort.
if some one could give me all that on the list without viruse i could keep them all to make sure that we have them forever and all ud have to do is ask for a char mesh or skin or fx and id be able to get it to u so it would limit the requst and id be like an arcive for u guys

Are you, perhaps, looking for the current location of the Vertex meshes? If so, you're in luck, as WyldFyre just recently finished loading them to the Museum.

Thought I would post a working link to the list on goggles site.
I have a list on the general FF forum page of skins/ meshes. It doesn't have locations on where to get them, but as said, at least you know what's out there.
Still being worked on, but its got over 8000 entries including skins, meshes and maps. its a searchable text file and tries to give you info on the character owner/ publisher, plus mod creator, and what skin goes on what mesh.
Slow work since a lot of meshes/ skopes didn't include the kf's files back then and I have to track them down, plus filtering out duplicates from the large backups I've been given access too lately (thanks guys!)
