Could do one of those on Male Knifefighter and the other on Male Arms Particle Effects (or whatever). I might if I weren't being haunted by the ghosts of Nazi supers, Prize Comics Frankenstein, and Eartha Kitt.
There's a Calculator skin here : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ToxicJ-M-skins2 (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ToxicJ-M-skins2), but I'm not sure if that deal on his head looks right(bored at work, checking yahoo groups and just happen to come across this one) . Firestorm has an Electrocutioner you can find at Alex's Freedom Fortress. hope this helps

It's also really good though, and considering the character it's more than that one trick pony deserves, I mean really, his archenemy is Patsy Walker....
I did Dragon king waaaay back when for my "Elseworlds at war" mod, but since the mod is still unfinished he never saw release.
I'll try to update and release him soon-ish (lots of RL stuff to get through first).

any other pics of the Raptor?
Unable to find any other pics of The Raptor but here is info about him: Powers: Raptor used an anti-gravity generator to fly. His helmet contained cybernetic circuitry enabling him to activate and control any of the suit's abilities by mental command. He wore a large set of wings to presumably help him direct his flight. His costume contained an adamantium weave which protected him against impacts. His goggles granted him infra-red vision. He also used an adamantium "beak," a hand held, razor-sharp weapon able to easily slice through titanium steel. His gloves contained retractable adamantium talons, which he could project to grab distant objects.
History: Paul Hazlett had invented an anti-gravity generator while working for Roxxon Oil Company. Roxxon, however, claimed he had developed it on compnay time and stole it from him. Hazlett sued Roxxon, but the powerful corporation bled him dry with pretrial delaying tactics. Desperate, he broke into Roxxon's computers, learned that his designs had been used to empower the Killer Shrike, and took his designs back. Hazlett used the remainder of his savings to make a special suit to accompany the anti-gravity generator, and embarked on a criminal career as the Raptor.
Hazlett hacked into the security set up of a wealthy man named Carl Ralston, and as the Raptor, broke into his apartment and stole a large diamond. The superhero Moon Knight was at the time visiting an old friend of his in Houston, Gena Johnson, and he saw the Raptor making his getaway. After a short struggle, Moon Knight removed Raptor's readily accessible batteries from the anti-gravity generator and forced him to surrender or be dropped from the Mooncopter. Raptor was presumably arrested. Appeared Marvel super heroes vol 2 #1

Copper Age did The Spider in a slightly different costume (and I'm looking for a copy), and I've already done Armless Tiger Man. I think he's at CO III.
Just out of curiosity Green Hornet, are you requesting all these obscure heroes and villains because you want to add them to your game and play with them, or are these just random requests that are thrown out there for people to do?
I do add them all to the game many fit into the time frame of FFvsTTR and I do find them interesting. But I am not going to pressure anyone to make them. Thanks to all you have made the wonderful skins you are very talented. :rickbm

Oh my... Armless Tigerman is the best.
this would make a good villian to skope.HYBRID! he was a ROM villian who took on both rom and the x-men at once.he was a human/dire wraith hybrid.he could shape-shift,super strong, enhanced resistance, and had telepathic/telekinetic abilities that rivaled prof.x and jean grey.9 foot tall and ugly. http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/File:Hybrid_jimmymarks_01.JPG

Oh my... Armless Tigerman is the best.
Back in maybe 2000 Marvel reprinted the comic book that introduced Armless Tiger Man. I have no idea why they did it (probably something to do with The Millenium), I think maybe they also reprinted The All-Winners Squad at the same time. My local comic book salesman had several and said he had saved them for the few people (like me) who really liked Golden Age characters.
He is based on Lon Chaney's character, Alonzo the Armless, from the movie The Unknown (1927).
Another obscure villain: The Gasser, Dr Horrible :rickbm

Dr Horrible? I take it he is a horrible doctor
Captain Hammer is on my list, but I've never seen a good mesh for Dr. Horrible.
For those not familiar with Dr Horrible http://www.hulu.com/watch/28343/dr-horribles-sing-along-blog enjoy :rickbm

My Creative Writing teacher mentioned something about Dr Horrible. I've been writing a short story around a super hero going to a laundromat, and it made her think of Dr Horrible. I am thinking of renting it if I can find it.
Black Spider has been done.
It'd be awesome if someone took a crack at Asmodel.
Copper Age did Black Spider-check out his Yahoo groups.
Someone has done that version of Black Zero, I just don't remember who.
Wonder if a modified version of Souix City Dynamo's Spirit of '76 2009 would do for Dr. Horrible?
