I doubt it is Linda. She showed up in Reign in Hell and was dragged to Hell by Neron and Lord Satanus  <_<.

I honestly would rather she just never showed up than be forced to go to Hell because of the time with Buzz. You would think becoming the Earth Angel of Fire would excuse you but I guess in DC there is no such thing as forgiveness for sins (see Jericho's current position, Raven constantly becoming evil and than good again, Ravager becoming a homicidal manic again...so on and so further).
