Polaroids and Photography

So I bought a Polaroid 600 Ultra over the summer and I'm finally getting around to using it. About 1/3 of my pictures are a bit doggy so far, so I'm not showing those. :P

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has some experience shooting with Polaroids. Mostly I'm wondering how/if others deal with the flash. Generally I hate using a flash when I'm shooting digital, but it seems to work on the Polaroid. Any other nuggets of wisdom would be appreciated too.
