Looks like a pretty good hero, however I would bluff it up a bit by increasing end by one and by giving the hero some more attacks. Also don't be worry about high energy costs for moves since with 10 energy I doubt your hero will ever have to worry about energy (unless all your attacks cost high energy) but you seem to be on the right.
