well basically what i was going to do was when i complete my collection and someone wants it on the FR mod then all i'm going to do is send the av's to it's righteous owners and have them make a hero file for it and so that we can submit it for the FR mod... :thumbup:

But yes, you can't have them in the FFmod unless you have permission from people. You'd also probably want everybody to do a hero file for their own avatar.

it would be cool to have a web site called the HALL OF AVATARS where all the avatars could be put for view or download.at least to view and each could have a link for download.hitmans making me one so soon i can join the ranks!

Just PM me a description of what you want your avatar to look like, or a reference pic, or just some general guidelines, or what the av's powerset is.... just something to go on.

I'm currently working with ow_tiobe_sb on an Uncle Yuan mesh and keyframes, but we currently lack a decent skin. Once I get at least the mesh I'll start playing with the character creator to finalize my hero file . . .

Kaede, they're dated but if you go to Alex's (abenavides) website and download Forum Battle Royal 1 and/or 2, all the competitors are avatars (except Vulcan and Disco Vulcan). FBR2 would be my recommendation as it is a couple years newer and has Golden, Silver, and Modern age version of many of the avatars, not just one version like FBR1. Of course I might be partial since I'm not in FBR1 and since I was the guy who took over and finished the FBR2 mod...

I can't remember if I included the hero files that were converted to data, but you would at least have the skins, meshes, and a way to at least see the avatars in action.

There is some overlap with your list on page 1, but not a whole lot, maybe a half dozen or so.

Gosh, ya disappear for a couple years and people forget all about ya! I noticed a few (former?) NPI peeps on the list; my AV skin is located at NPI, it's not very recent but I haven't skinned anything for FF in a while <_<
