Converting TGA skin files to DDS format

How many of you guys convert their TGA skin files to DDS format?

Yes, I convert all my TGA skin files to DDS format for FFVT3R.

So i recently began noticing this problem of pink pieces and meshes in Character Tool 2 like what Tommyboy and IPS were discussing in this thread. And i am considering converting some files to DDS format. I was wondering how many of you guys do this and if you do this for almost all of your TGA skin files for  :ffvstr:. Is it worth the trouble? :huh:
