Program for Micro's

I see that a number of people here have created their own micro heroes.  I was wondering what program you use to create them; do you create from scratch or use templates?

If you want to know what the micro artists use, you should probably ask in that forum.

Most probably use the same ones as they would for skinning: Photoshop, Paintshop Pro or GIMP.

Thanks.  Massive brain fart, it never occured to me to look for a thread already started on this topic (like, say, the artists area).  A bug Duh! to me.
