ff problem

I have a BIG problem.

I have just FF, and have the latest patches, also I've installed FFx, so I have a nice load of new abilities.

BUT...just went to play the actual campaign, and it starts on the last nuclear winter related one. On closer inspection, I've discovered that a LOT of missions are gone :(

Anyone been in the same boat? and how can I get out of it?

Have you used FFedit at all?  If you are familiar with it, you can look at the campaign tab and see if the missions are still listed in their proper order....
