Some Nifscope Questions

Hey there everybody. I'm trying to get into nifscope, and I was wondering where it's found, and how to use it. Does anybody have any tuts on it and know where to download it?

now how can i see the skin on the mesh, it's all just white

all i see is white meshes, how can i see the skin, and is it possible to do a new skin and see the progress on the mesh in nifscope as i update it?
