Looking to make this power.

Okay, so I don't know if this is possible (or the right forum for this) but I was looking to make a guy with a special area effect. It'd be a normal power, like Rally the Troops, except it cures any magical effects on a ally (within the radius), and gives them temporary resistance to magic.

I'm trying to make a character who is... how do I put this... sort of an anti-magic fella. Like some takes on Doctor 13, I guess. He disbelieves so much that he stops magic from working. Other than that he's a normal guy. So if anybody has any other powers you think would be good for him, let me know too, but that one power I really want to make.

With a custom state swap, you could easily create a power that does exactly that.  Shouldn't be particularly hard to do, either.

Keep bugging me, and I can code something up.
