Admittedly, the list was by no means 100% comprehensive. There was bound to be some to slip by, but at the time of original compilation by myself and DMenacer, who made the frist version, it was pretty close.

That's why I want it on the wiki.  There it can be easily altered and added to by anyone who knows anything that's missing and can be kept up to date.

If no one else does, and if the authors don't mind, I may put some of it up myself.
