2 new costumes and 4 emotes for $10? TEN dollars?! WTF??

Exactly, seems really ridiculous.  Especially since the male costume doesn't seem that different from pieces that are already available.

Is this the first sign of what the Cryptic-less CoX is headed towards? Gawd I hope not.

Well I paid 10 bucks for the GvE pack, which was 2 costumes, a badge, the Pocket D portal and the Jump Jet. So while I'll admit we got a bit more for that pack, it's not a totally new idea. Perhaps if they had added one extra bonus I might see the 10 bucks as more reasonable and pay myself, but this pack is essentially for all the creepy role players on Virtue to have their weddings in AP. That server alone will probably make em a million bucks.

The tuxedo gets tails!  I've wanted tails for Great Gusto since I made him.  DAGNABBIT!  This kinda pack should've been 5.99, or so.  $10 just feels wrong.

One thing I can see being problematic:

We already have a bunch of anime-ripoff characters running around in the game. Mostly DBZ and Naruto stuff, but there's a magical girl anime called Wedding Peach and I could see a few female characters based on it running around. Fortunately, its not real popular, so it may not happen. (I only know about it due to an article in an issue of the now-defunct Animerica magazine I had a few years ago)

That, and maybe a bunch of Tuxedo Masks running around....

$20 (2 accounts) is a bit much for me. This is why I'd like a paid expansion.

In any case, if they're looking to pad their money model out with little stupid stuff like this, more power to them. The odds of someone needing a wedding dress costume or those emotes is pretty small (around the population of Virtue). It sucks that the Tux tails are part of the deal but... well... what else are they gonna give guys in this pack? A cummerbund? ;)

That'll be in the next paid expansion.  Along with glass slippers for the girls.  And maybe a "bippety boppety boo" emote.

I could use the tails for Maxwell Miracle, but otherwise I have no use for that.  Not gonna pay $10 for it, that's for sure.

I hope the 'offering' does a crash and burn and sends a strong message: 'That ain't gonna play.'

I don't mind paying for lil' spiffy stuff...

...I did so for the GvE pack.  Granted they gave a little more for it though and really made it worth the $$ in my opinion.

I think the costume parts are interesting.  Tails on the the tux and a veil with the dresses.  The emotes are too specific for me, but interesting none the less.  I think it is lacking a bit though and they definately need to add more to it though.

I don't mind ideas like this... but they need to make it worth something.

Honestly --- I'd like to see a pack of vehicle emotes now.

I want that, too!

The skirt on the wedding dress need to be ankle length before I will but it. Also it wouldn't of hurt them if they had added the boy ring barer and a flower girl as pets to it.

I think the pack is ok.  Could be better though, needs a little bit more meat to it.  While the ladies options are pretty cool, especially the veil... I'd still like to see longer dresses.  They got a good bulk of goodies.  The guys pretty much got the short end of the stick.  I'd have liked to seen a tad bit more for them.  Not much for the emotes (at least these emotes) considering how specific they are.

Personally, I wouldn't get the pack.  Just doesn't give me enough.  I love the ladies costumes, but I just don't play lady characters.  Maybe if the guys had many more options --- I'd consider it.

I'm honestly surprised they don't have rings as costume parts with this.  I think that really would have been keen.  They really missed out on that.

I don't mind the content being sold in minipacks, as long as they keep it to niche stuff like this and they pack it with a little bit more than they did with this one.  Honestly, stuff like this is good for things to sell as minipacks.  Its small stuff that many would thrall about as a waste of time... but someone out there will buy it.  Why not put it out there?

I'd like to see stuff like this offered for other things.  Would love to see a winter pack that offers many more winter costume options, a few more emotes, like snow angels, or snowmen (think the alakazam pumpkin emote) maybe even offer the temp snowball power fulltime.  Perhaps --- even offer a new emote... a travel emote?  Like a snowboard or skis.

You know, I'd like a summer pack like this too.  Give us board shorts & bikinis, some summer time emotes like bouncing a big (red?) beach ball, and a cool power, like water balloons!

Why stop there?  Hell.  Give me my vehicle emotes minipack, damn it!  A few emotes a piece for each of the travel powers and the natural heroes holdouts who haven't picked one yet.  My natural pulp hero finally gets a motorcycle for his run animation and a jetski for his swim animation and I'll be laying down money so fast it'll make your head spin.

Taking the whole picture in... as long as the free content they give us is jam packed new zones, plenty of cool generic costumes for everyone, and they keep improving the game in leaps and bounds... I've got no problem pulling out some cash for minipacks for niche things to help them out in between.

Well, to get technical, they probably don't have an 'attachment point' on the finger area (like the attachment nodes for FX in FF or FFvTTR), plus even if they did rings would have to be made for every single hand type and all three bodyshapes. Add in to that the fact that the characters have 'mitten hands' for most options but separate fingers for others, and you're starting to get into more headache than it's worh.

They could of done rings as a glove option called wedding band and give both it the males and the females. All that is needed to be was a bare hand for both with a wedding band drawn on a finger.
