Dumb Stealth Teleport IO Question...

I got a stealth Teleport IO but only use Teleport Foe. Does that trigger stealth (when I teleport the bad guys) or does this IO only when I teleport myself?

I can't tell because while it appears that my toon is transparent, there is no icon in the top right corner showing like my trip mines, etc.

Does the toggle to hide permanent power indicators include things like stealth, trip mines, etc?  Reviewing those settings is the first thing that springs to my mind.

It includes things like Cloaking Device and how many trip mines i've dropped.

Seems my mistake was wasting a Stealth IO in an attack power.   The stealth kicks in but is immediately broken by the attack, which is what I thought might happen.  After respeccing into Teleport, I've learned how the thing works.  Kicks in immediately and lasts 120 seconds.    I was going to drop Cloaking Device now but it appears that Stealth plus Cloaking Devices is virtual invisibility just like Cloaking Device and SuperSpeed.
