Infinity Inc

I've been thinking of gathering the team from the first Infinity Inc and I'm certain some of them were made but no idea where they can be.

The team members that I need are:

Brainwave (Jr.)
Fury - Lyta Hall version
Nuklon - with the mohawk, not as Atom Smasher
Obsidian
Skyman
Mister Bones
Wildcat - the female version
Dr. Mid-Nite- the female version. I know Matrix skinned her, but where can I find it?

The other members I have already. Those include Jade, Silver Scarab, Northwind, Huntress, Power Girl, and Hourman.
