Basically the same as Captain Cold ... cold gun which can freeze / shoot icicles / solid wall of ice. I think that was all he had? His son, the current Icicle, is basically an underpowered Iceman.

Just out of curiosity, which mesh are you using? I could never find a Golden Age Icicle with a gun....

In fact, I use the male_scap by Renegade with el insensatez skin. Thank you for suggestion!
