hero games

Just wondering, city of heroes aside, are there any other superhero games out? Not necessarilly the graphical greatness of FF or COH, but a superhero based game that isn't these would interest me, as In my experience, it's a small market that needs expanding.

Can anyone help me find another game?

What are you looking for? There's a TON of liscenced games out there which are not perfect but your love for the character often makes up for the games own flaws (i.e. spider-man 3)

Also I was listening to a GFW podcast and they mentioned a game called notorious (?) where you are some dude who wakes up one day with superpowers in a  totally free roaming envirment. You know, it's up to you if you start robbing banks or saving lives or what.

Im after something where it has any combination of the following:

*RPG elements
*Ability to create your own characters
*Lots of space to do things

I will have a look at Notorious though.

I'll get back to you on that. I heard about it from a PODCAST from some 1up staffers who went to e3 but I have not been able to find any online info on the game, just a couple of placeholders a la IMDB when a movie is coming out a in a year.
