Hi all I wonder if its me or are there no basic citizen keyframes or AI. When I play FF or FFvTTR, I cant set up a rumble room match where there are innocents caught in the crossfire, they always attack. I would like to play in a way that is similar to campaign with non-powered NPC civilians that wander about their business or flee in terror when approached by a baddie. is this possible?

There's a custom map that does have innocent bystanders on it.  I believe it was Midtown Mayhem (don't have it installed right now, so can't check).  You can find it on FXForce.  It'll be under "More Options"; "Danger Room Maps" (but that's kind of obvious); in the "Custom-Misc." section, by HumanTon.  There may be other maps that had this, as well, but I don't know of any.

I only have two custom maps with wandering civilians for FFVTtR ... if anyone knows of any more, feel free to chime in.
