Not a FF problem, but a computer question.

I have learned alot about computers just through FR itself, we have some very teck savy members here, and I'm hoping that someone might have a idea of what my issue is.

The problem is is that I cant watch videos from the NBC web site, mainly Heroes, since I dont have time to watch it when its on TV I have to watch it later when the episode is posted on the heroes web site,  The problem is I only get this when ever trying to view any episodes:

and nothing else.

Ive tried to contact NBC for help on this but to no avail.  I can watch the videos fine on my desktop, but not this laptop.  But last year I could watch it on this laptop???  I simply can not find any support for this anywhere on the NBC site or anywhere.   Any ideas on what I may need to do to fix this?

you have Macromedia flash player install ?

Yep, it worked last season but not this season.   Maybe i'll reinstall they player.

I think flash just did a somewhat major update of the player (as well as the new release of the adobe CS3 version of flash) so its likely the problem is just getting the updated player.
