Dude, your PM inbox is full, it couldn't accommodate my reply to your latest message  (and I lost your e-mail address)

Anyways, I'll be working on "the thing" over the week and hopefully will have something to show you by the weekend.

Cheers,

Z

BTW, I encourage everybody to mindlessly bump this thread up until such a time that Tort finally sees this  :D

*waves back to MikeB7*

and just to make this post a tad more meaningful (if a bit more depressing), it was reported on the BBC yesterday that it's quite likely that the rare Yangtze River dolphin is now extinct.

I once heard that turtles were the smartest animals on the planet...or the dumbest, I'm unsure.

Donatello was pretty smart, although Michealangelo sort of evened things out intelligence-wise for the turtle species as a whole.

Since I'm bumping this thread, might as well ask a legitimate question. Anybody here tried ordering superhero figurines from this site? I'm thinking of getting a couple of the figures but have no idea what the feedback on their service is.

The figurines were previously unavailable to the US, even by mail, because of licencing issues, I imagine. I had a buddy in the UK pick five of them up for me, they're very cool...
... but apparently they're now available through Diamond Previews, so you might be able to get them through your FLGS

This would probably be a good moment to mention the "sticky thing."  I'm sure Tortuga has one hidden in that shell, along with a half-eaten sandwich and some dirty laundry from his university days.

I have high hopes for this thread. :) Is it too early to enter it into the FR canon?  If so, how many miracles must the thread perform before it is eligible for canonisation?

Hooray!

Ordinarily I would assume that the proximity of these two posts were unrelated and our friendly neighbourhood Spud is just joining in the thread bumping flummery but, it being him, I am not so sure.  It did make me laugh though (and I felt bad for doing so).

I'm no Shakespearian but from the little I can remember, I infer that he must be working on a play, or 'the play' if you prefer.

Ooga Booga!

Nice try Komm, but I am not fooled (in the least) by this cunning deception, as I hope ZuluDelta is neither.

Ooh, canonisation of a thread'd be very rare.  That'd be bringing people back to life... time travel... cloning dinosaurs... Very rare.

Oh come now, it'll spoil everything if he replies at this stage.  A bit.

Now that this thread has achieved its goal, I leave it to the capable hands, feet, prehensile tails and other dangly bits of the community to do with it as they wish.  "The thing" thanks all of you immensely!
