Help with Dark Wolf Mesh

After alot of work, and I mean alot of work, I finally got, an almost perfect mesh for my character Dark Wolf.  However my skoping wasn't perfect (curse you lousy skoping) an I wound up with alot of clipping on the mesh.  no hovering issues just the mesh coming through on some of the armor parts.  I was wondering if someone had it within them to help a guy out and clean this mesh up for me please?  I'll even throw in a dollar!

A picture of the mesh and just what the problems are may help.

I maybe able to fix it up but, depends on the problem you have run into also.

BTW what mesh is being used in your scope it's also a factor also?
