Noob needs a hand

Hew there.  I'm rather new to FFvtTR and have just discovered the large number of mods available.  I downloaded a few and they are now in the game file (where some of the self installers automatically put the files). 

What do i do now?  There is no option (that is apparent to me) to activate mods on startup and I cannot seem to find any FAQs/stickies that address the basics of actually using mods. 

A little direction would be greatly appreciated.

Forget it.  Didn't realize that you need to launch from the link in the Mod folder itself.
