how many of these have been made?

I skinned 6 of them.

Silver Centurion

21st Century

I remember seeing these from other skinners.

I'm know that Tommyboy has made quite a few that are on his site, including the original Iron Man.

Well, the gold original one.. the first, steel colored one is identical, armor wise.. the only difference is the color. (I hope that makes sense :P)

I did a Hulkbuster and have a Thorbuster in the works as well.

A couple of different Iron Lantern skins have been done, and Tommy has maybe three different version of the old gold/gray suit. There are a couple that go on the Microwave mesh. I'd like to see the Arno Stark armor myself.

For what it's worth, I am working sproadaically on he Iron Avengers.
