I was teamed up with Figure Fan earlier and he couldn't use our 'porters. Why is that? What is the harm in our team mates using our base 'porters? Can this be changed?

Like I have said one hundred times before, forgive me I'm a noob.

He can only use them if his SG is coalitioned with FR. If it isn't, no such luck.
