Guy Gardner Reborn in 2 flavors: Aura and no aura. Download link at the bottom.
Stupid site blockage, how can I wait till I get home to see this?
Friggin sweet!!
i used to hate guy gardener when i was a kid. he is such a jerk, and that haicut of his?
but as i got older i came to understand his place in the greater scheme of things, so thanks YL for such a great representation of the character who makes cowboy boots and old jeans come across as a superhero costume! (real nice work on modelling those boots BTW.)
nice!
omg guy gardner
still not happy with that logo lol
its a superb mesh YL
damn site blockage. :(
That's incredible yellow lantern! Thanks so much for making Guy.. even though I never liked him that much until the Death of Superman story where he took on Doomsday
That really is a great mesh YL! Like someone has already said, the boots are particularly nice. Great work!
I love this mesh and I wish I was inspired to skin it but Ultimate Evil did a wonderful job on the skin. It brought the whole thing to life.
Just noticed YL hadnt posted the temp link so

oh yeah! Those are both awesome. I like the Recharged version especially :)
Nice! I love that you did the recharge version, I like having the most up to date costumes.
And kudos to the great work by TUE and Murs!
sweet! more guy gardners!
Allo allo!
Here's a very short experiment I've been working on: using dynamic lights on character meshes!
Note the colors and intensities. They are strictly FF2 meshes. These releases are primarily for NIFSkopers to transfer between meshes. They'll be on Freedom Asylum after the site is back up and running.
Two characters each with a different colored dynamic light. You'll be able to choose from red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, pink and white!
This mesh, despite being FFv3R only, takes only FF1 male_basic keys. He has been specially rotated in Max so that you'll be able to use Havok69 keys or Ren's GL Test keys.
There will also be the vanilla FF2 keys version - only one set of those (i.e. the default keys from IG). There is some slight bobbing of the aura (not the light) that I have not resolved but I may not bother because I like the effect.
Awesome! You figured out the lights! They look really cool. I wonder if it's possible to alter the light colors for these ones in NifSkope?
These will prove to be very useful, thanks YL!
This looks very, very good! And interesting stuff too. I'm thinking of more than a couple of characters that could benefit from something like this...

I don't know but all the basic colors are covered anyway (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, cyan, purple, pink and white).
That sounds great. I assumed that the light color was hard-coded into the mesh. I tried a few times to change the in-game lights, but even if i changed the values in NifSkope the color would be the same as it was.
The light can be controlled by adjusting the multiplier and the end parameter of the far attenuation setting. That's in Max; I have to be honest and say I don't know whether it's hexable or not.
And the FF1 key version is released via my yahoo group!
You can also download the max file for my Silver Age Batman mesh.

The "Golden Age" Blitz. A pastiche character created by Big Bang comics.

Is here: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/characterobscura/
Skin by Lionheart.
Awesome stuff YL! I really like your female speedsters.
YL is truly on the ball -- especially since I forgot to PM him when The Blitz was uploaded to Character Obscura.
Nice job on the meshes, YL.
Hulk up. Download now.
And let's not forget 4 big thanks to Daglob for 4 - count 'em - 4 great skins!
http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/crazy_lantern_2nd_floor/
Very cool idea - It also reminds me of Eric Larson's version of the Hulk
Thank you Yellow Lantern and DaGlob!
He's Perfect! and i love the animation range you gave him too. i'm thinking of renaming leaping to tumble to see if the keyframes would trigger. and i'll have a whee! special attack too maybe XD
I can't take credit for any of the animations except grapplestart and grapple.
I was thinking of making Whee! into and attack but right now its a loop animation without a leave_hand key.
Should I try to make it into some kind of attack animation?
For the Hulk, the Whee! would likely damage the ground and surrounding areas.

YES! There a Pac-Man out there somewhere?
BWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
wakka wakka wakka wakka
NICE!
very cool.
on a side note, I almost forgot your thing-expect it 2morro
I ain't 'fraid of no ghost! :P  Good job YL.
Ha! Too funny.
In the absence of a PacMan mesh, maybe the ball-form of Plastic man, Kirby or maybe even the 7upDot mesh?
Sorry! Forgot the bounding and selection boxes - I guess that's what happens when you get back around to a mesh after 2 years... :banghead:
I'll have a fixed version up sometime tomorrow.
:P
Fixed!

There is a hex of the Plastic man mesh on FX Force that resembles a ball with legs and arms.(err sorry for thread jacking).
Big thanks to TJ for his Jekyll Hyde Max file which made the following possible.

I wasn't sure to release that skope so quickly after you two had done such great work. this makes me so happy!
sweet! Transforming Hulk!
RrraaawwwwrrrR!!!
Okay, here's one done specifically for a man who seems to be my evolving partner in crime. In fact, he did the standard skin. Big thanks once again to Daglob!
She is the first in my new approach to skirts - solid mesh where the leg geometry used to be. That's right! There's no dupa under that thing.
I like the skirt idea...
Ooo. I'll have to check these out.
Lookin' good YL.
Nice Enchantress! I'll have to check that skirt thing out. (I mean how it plays in the game! Yeesh!)
Atomic Robot hooked me up with a special skin for this one.
SUPERFRIENDS Wonder Woman!
http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/crazy_lantern_2nd_floor/files/
Just geometry tweaks more than anything else (you can't see the sexy cartoon spike heels from this angle). Not really any bells or whistles. She uses female_basic keyframes.
Invisible Jet coming sometime in the future.
Sweet! She looks just like the cartoon ^_^
Wonder Woman looks great! Will she be released soon? I only found her picture at your yahoo group.
Respectfully,
*The file is now up correctly. Sorry about that.*
Aw...thats nice, just like the show
 Thanks for the kind words everyone! Here's a preview of something I mentioned before...

Probably MUCH younger than I. :D
Alan Scott is done. Photobucket is being a jerk today so no preview picture. But believe me the standard skin by TUE is gorgeous!
Link: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/crazy_lantern_2nd_floor/files/
He's great! excellent animations YL. superb skin TUE.
love the left handed ranged animations, and the passive defence is hilarious!
Great animations, and I like how you've given him more of a puffy shirt.
Your Alan is my new default Golden Age GL. Awesome animations (passive defence is brilliant) and superb skin. Great!
Thanks, guys!
For the non-believers, I finally have some preview pics on photobucket:

Okay, everything SHOULD work now.
Sterling work sir, on all your recent meshes.
Thank You.
 i love it YL great job
Awesome YL!
I can't wait to try him out, also thank you for the GA Captain Marvel too. very cool lightning bolts.
they're just enough to really separate CM from Superman in-game in my opinion.
I love his his active_defence keyframe!
just want to say i love this sinestro YL!
i really like how each GL character has different animation sets.
i'm looking forward to see what you come up with next...
That is an awesome Sinestro YL. You have really been doing great and I for one am glad you keep working that magic :)
The body shapes and animations for your latest characters are great, YL.

All keyframes by Renegade.
Standards are by Avalon and Daglob, respectively.
Nice work YL! :D
that GL look awesome . :o
Yeah, that's how I remember truth, justice, and the American way looking.
Love'em! That Superman is so oldschool it makes me want to watch tv in black and white and believe the earth is flat!
And I can think of a lot of uses for the evil version too. Please keep it up, YL, you are providing us with some awesome assets.
I believe too YL! ;)
