Why?  You still have them.  They are in the installer, and 1.3 is fully 3.2 compatible.  Just reinstall it, or install 1.3 if you only have 1.2.

Ok:

So far I've noticed 3 things

1) Some voices are redundant, for example voice of deadpool is the same as voice of merc with a mouth or voice of colossus is the same as voice of russian strong man

2) The voices appear in game as custom characters. Havent messed with that of course but I've seen them listed.

3) Some voices are so low they can barely be heard. Well, I do play and listen to music on super low volume too but that would be some major contrast.

I believe it was set up that way on purpose.  The generic version have the character-specific quotes removes so they can be used for other characters.  It take up any more space, really, so it makes sense to me.

Quote2) The voices appear in game as custom characters. Havent messed with that of course but I've seen them listed.
Can't be helped.  The way the voicepack system works, it has to be set up that way.

Like Cat said above.. Sledge decided it was easy to create voices so that two versions could be made depending on how you added them to your voice text file - the full character and a generic version for any hero. I chose to use both in my VPMAX system because it just expands the amount of voices that my pack adds and it doesn't take up any more space. The down side is that your "Colossus" character would sound the same as your "The Russian" character.

Quote2) The voices appear in game as custom characters. Havent messed with that of course but I've seen them listed.

Unfortunitly I must create a character in FFEdit called Voice_Of_? as well as a template of the same name. This allows FFvsT3R to recognize the voice and make it available in the Voice pull-down menu in the character creation area. These "false characters" are just something we have to live with and thus why I name them "Voice_Of_?" to avoid confusion with your own character list.

Quote3) Some voices are so low they can barely be heard. Well, I do play and listen to music on super low volume too but that would be some major contrast.

That's kind of a problem with so many voice packs made by different people using various techniques. Sledgehammer gets his samples from converting the actual sound files from the XML games and I'll be doing the same for my samples from MUA. Others made them using a microphone or recording from an external source using DVD/VCR hook-ups to their sound card. Matching the same sound levels for the built-in FFvsT3R voices can be a real nightmare and too many packs have been made for me to "normalize" all of the files at the perfect pitch.

However Sledge and I plan to keep making new voice packs since we can't skin or make meshes.. so we hope to create a rather huge library of material for everyone to choose from as long as the FF community exisits.

Having not played with making changes in  :ffvstr:, making a template ended up being completely necessary?  Does anyone know what change in the game made that a requirement to get a voice available, rather than just an addition in the character.dat?  I'm sure this has all been covered in the past, it just continues to surprise me that some of the changes made between the versions are both counter-intuitive and seemingly a step backwards.  Is it just me, or does that new engine seem to be less & less elegant as time goes on?  (it's probably just me  :P)

Templates are necessary in both games.  Can't be avoided.

I think what Lugaru is talking about is that in the orignal FF, you only had to make a template, and not a character. So your voice packs didn't show up on your character list in-game. 3rd Reich voice packs need both a template and a character -- not a huge problem, but kind of annoying.
Title: Re: VPMAXv1.3 RELEASED!

IIRC, in FF1, you could make a character without making a template; it wouldn't then appear in the in-game lists of characters. However that doesn't work in FFvsTTR; you need to create a template – however you can give it the template attribute 'mock' to prevent it from appearing in-game.

I need your previous paks. I reinstalled FFX 3.1 due to all the bugs in FFX 3.2 and it overwrote the files.

Dreaded, the files with the extension .old in your FFX 3.2 folders are backups of your pre-3.2 install. If you reinstall FFX 3.0/3.1 over 3.2 and replace the default files with your .old ones (language files will need to be regenarated using FFEdit), you should be OK. Do make a backup first, though.

By the way, if someone wants to send me the VPMax files (PM first), I could try to update the FFX installer to make future versions of FFX compatible with it out of the box. Thanks.

Well, first of all, thanks to Crimson for creating a VPMAX patch that is entirely dedicated to my VPs. Makes you feel rather important... :)

Secondly, thanks for the kind words. Personally, I enjoy creating packs, and I will continue to do so. But it's always good that the community is appreciating your work. It always encourages me to keep doing this.

And about Lugaru's questions, I think Cat and Crimson answered them quite well. Nevertheless, I'll try to clear up some points:

1) I decided to create both specific and generic packs for each individual because the community (or at least, a good part of it) loves generic characters. If Colossus or Deadpool only are provided with a text file that includes direct references to them (for example, Deadpool refers to himself as "the merc with a mouth" in a file), many people won't be able to use the voicepack, even though the voice itself may be useful to them. So, this is some way I think benefits all of us: the Mainstream fans (including me), and the Generic fans.

3) As Crimson said, every VP creator has its style, and the volume of the voicepacks may differ from one creator to another. I am especially obsessive with this subject, as the "polishing" part of the sound files (i.e., normalizing them, adding fade in/out, eliminating useless stuff, correcting minor details) is the one that demands more time. I personally test my packs and I think their volume is quite comparable with the FF originals. I know this was meant as positive and constructive criticism, so I don't want to sound rude or anything... but I guess it's a little less than impossible to normalize all the voicepacks that are available, considering they are from 20+ different creators.

If there is a particular problem with the sound of one of my voicepacks, please, say so (And I'm not speaking only to Lugaru). I'm open to criticism, because that's the only way you can improve your work.

One out of two, at least for now. MUA is a great VP source and its extraction is very similar to XML. JLH, on the other hand, not yet. I only can extract sounds from the cutscenes, but I can't open the in-game sound files yet. Once/If that's achieved, they'll be turned into VPs.

Hey Sledge, love your work man.  I hope that you can crack open JLH, as they've got Hal Jordan, and he doesn't have more than one line in JLU.  Ohh, and CQ, were your voice ID's listed in the master Voice ID list?  If not, we might have some conflicts between my packs and yours we need to work out.

Unfortunitly, Sledge's stuff is not listed on the Master List yet... I think all of mine that are done thus far are listed but I changed many voice IDs of existing packs to avoid conflicts (and yet some voices will not work at all once I added them) with all those in previous collections and Mods. Benton, I'll work out the conflict bugs when I add your voices to my VPMAX collection for v2.0 so don't panic about that.. just keep working on your packs and I'll wedge them in.

I'm just now starting to convert and sort out my extractions from MUA, so I'll planning on having a special VPMAXv1.4 edition which will add the heroes of that game. Last night I was working on Black Panther until I got too tired to focus. My stuff will be nowhere near Sledge's work but it should allow him to focus on XML without being distracted from tons of requests now that the community knows we both are making packs from MUA.

Sure, If they don't make your list any more complicated or messy... because I tweaked so many IDs around for my pack in one form or another. Plus with the addition of my MUA voices and BentonGrey's stuff some of the older voices (i.e. The Thing and The Joker) will be replaced with the newer versions to save space and multiple IDs of just one character.

Heck, I think you might just force me to create my own ID thread just to avoid the hassle of merging them in.

Arghhh!!!  :banghead:

The good news is that I got a new gaming PC that kicks serious butt... the bad news is that while transferring my RAID drives from one PC to the other resulted in all of my old data to become corrupted. Yes, Everything that I had set up for VPMAXv1.4 went poof along with all of the recoded MUA sound files that I had.

Thankfully I had backed up most of my FF stuff onto DVD-Rom before this mess happened.. but I not gotten around to the files I created before my kidney stone mess.  :( Oh, well.. I can start over and do a better job but it's gonna delay things a bit longer then I hoped.

And hopefully Sledge and BentonGrey are not going to pummel me with rocks for this either..

Do these need to be installed in order? Because I installed the latest one first and then tried to go back and install the first pack. Dead silence on the majority of the voice packs.
Title: Re: VPMAX: On Hold!
Post by: crimsonquill on April 12, 2007, 06:44:31 PM
Yes, You need to install them in order from v1 to v1.3... but it shouldn't matter if you overwrite the data files you installed from the latest version to do so. Plus you need to make sure you install your voice packs in the FFX folder as well as the Data folder in the main FFvsT3R file - because those are where the dats in my pack look for the voices.

If you have any more problems then just wait for my release of VPMAXv2 because it self installs everything and should avoid a lot of the confusion you seem to be having manually installing them yourself.

Yeah, I'm sure you folks have been holding your breath for news on anything VPMAX related... especially since I was forced to put things on hold until some family stuff and work load was caught up with.

The good news is that I've returned to working on converting voices from MUA once again so that I can finally release my v1.4 update pack. I'm only 6 voices in thus far (Blade, Doctor Strange, Captain America, Black Panther, Daredevil, Deadpool, and Colossus) so it should be a few weeks more before I'm finished and then I have figured out how to assemble the villians - so they should follow suite.

Sledgehammer has gone MIA with real life issues and my e-mails have gone unanswered since his last post in my thread here so I'm probably going solo again until I hear otherwise. The bad news is that he never passed the knowledge or voice files from his X-Men Legends 1 breakthru so that I could make voice packs of Jubilee, Magma, Havok, Blob, or Beast in his absence.  :(

I'll try again at the beginning of next month to see if I can reach him again.

Anyway, the big news is that I'm back working on VPMAX again for the summer.

I just installed all these from Cat's link,in order.  Excellent job to everybody inviolved, these VP's enhance the game play to no end!

There are a few sound folders that come up empty after the install.. Joker, Dr Manbot, Female Survivalist... and a random smattering of others.  Did I miss one of the install files along the way, or is there someplace those files can be found?

Female Survivalist was a Zetor pack, and can be found on Cmdrkoenig's Yahoo Groups (don't know which one specifically).  The Doc Manbot one may still be available on the old Doc Manbot site (not sure).  Before I ask you for a list of which ones ended up missing & offer to send what I have to you, I'll let some others answer that are more familiar with VPMAX, in case it's an easier fix than that.

Glad you like VPMAX, I'm working hard to get the newest update done as fast as I can since it finishes off Sledge's X-Men Legends 2 work and all of the heroes from Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Anyway, the install order should be...

VPMAXv1
VPMAXv11
VPMAXv12 (3 parts & need to be united using winrar)
VPMAXv13

If all of the them are installed you should not be missing any voice clips at all... there are a few voices that I've still not gotten to work properly (male_armored_judge, male_newyork, etc) and still request folks to speak up on any errors they mind find. Once v1.4 is finished - I'm going to make a v2 edition which will compile all of the packs thus far into a single installer which should eliminate most headaches.

I don't want to anticipate much, but maybe some XML I stuff will be released during this weekend. Certainly, one VP, and probably two... A male, and a female. Out of those 5 characters mentioned by Crimson, one that I have in mind is there. The other one, isn't.

I just finished adding all of his recent VPs from XML1 & XML2 to my VPMAXv1.4 Update so that should relieve the pressure on him just a bit. And thanks again, Sledge, for Sunfire, Beast, and Jubilee being among the newest packs you completed I've been dying to hear those in game for awhile now.

I'm currently sorting thru all of my hero samples taken from Marvel Ultimate Alliance but to solve some of the Voice ID conflicts I'm alphabetizing my speech.txt file so future additions will not make me pull my hair out as I search all of these bloody post-it notes stuck to my monitor. That should probably take me until tomarrow evening to finish that part at least. Then I have a few new additions from Bad Day In LA along with updated packs of Anthony and The Living Dead  :banghead:

I'm taking a guess that VPMAXv1.4 should be out in early September at best.

Oy, I'm working as fast as I can.. but RL isn't giving me much work time unless I sacrifice some sleep now and again. I'm suprised to find that more then a few characters have completely generic lines in MUA so while they will referred to under their proper names it can easily be used for any character that fits the personality type.

Let's just cover which characters I've adapted so far....

Blade (or Swordsman) "It's been a slice" (1 voicepack)
Captain America (or Supersoldier) "Huh, I guess I am a Supersoldier." (1 voicepack)
Colossus3 (or Russian Brute) "You will not last 5 seconds against me." (2 voicepacks)
Elektra (or Female Martial Artist) "This should make for a nice workout." (1 voicepack)
Spider-Woman (or Female Seductrice) "Well, This is a first... I've never been ignored before." (1 voicepack)
Doctor Strange (or Sorcerer Supreme) "Prepare to face my mystic powers." (2 voicepacks)
Ghost Rider (or Supernatural Warrior) "Here, I'll make you a ghost." (1 voicepack)
Deadpool2 (or Wisecracking Assassin) "Hey! That guy owes me money." (1 voicepack)
Black Panther (or Royality) "I am a King you know... and Kings do not like to be bored." (2 voicepacks)
Daredevil (or Man Without Fear) "I believe this round goes to me." (1 voicepack)
Nick Fury (or Commander) "Don't worry. You don't have to salute." (1 voicepack)

And I'm still working on my samples from Bad Day in LA & Dead Hunters (a pinball game).

Good stuff. Looking forward to hearing any updates.

Due to offline issues I had to put VPMAX on the back burner for awhile until things slowed down enough for me to sit at my PC for long periods of time again. Thankfully that time starts this week as of Monday and I should be able to make some significant progress before Halloween gets here at any rate. *crosses fingers*

Well, I'm really looking forward to it. I know sound often gets overlooked but it really does so much to set the tone that it's quite indispensable.

monday? what about heroes?!!! - where are your priorities?!

I usually work on my sounds during the day when everyone else is out of the house and I can work in peace. Plus I always make sure to tape Heroes in case I miss something by interruption or being distracted by something I'm fiddling with. Mondays ("The Big Bang Theory" & "Heroes"), Tuesdays ("NCIS"), Wensdays ("Back To You" & "Kitchen Nightmares"), and Thursdays ("Smallville", "Supernatural") are the days I'm usually watching TV above anything else during the prime time hours.

I can't help the volume level since that is established during the recording of said voice pack and a sound editor can only "normalize" it with a louder pack which often makes the lower volume pack sound horribly distorted. Sorry.  :( The best option is to lower the volume for your "in game music" so that all the voices can be heard clearly. It sucks but making good custom voices without professional studio equipment is a major pain.

A very small handful of voice packs in VPMAX will not work at all for some reason (Male_Italian_Hitman for example) and others I've managed to fix for v1.4 by alphabetizing my Voice IDs in the speech.txt plus it helps avoid reusing the same IDs in later additions.

VPMAX is a work in progress and it can only get better as I work out the bugs and add better quality voices from newer sources.

Try mp3 gain. It's a free program. Iirc, set the normalization for 102.3 and that should get them closer to the game's loudness.

I'm still tinkering with VPMAXv1.4 but offline issues and the holidays have slowed my progress to a snail-like crawl.. I'm hoping to get the update done before Christmas but who knows how my schedule will turn out. Yeah, I'm still alive... kinda... sorta....

I've been running amok with offline stuff and when I finally think I get some time to work on my voices something pulls me away from my desk again. In fact I don't think I've had a weekend home until just after Halloween and this weekend looks like more of the same since my wife planned my weekend for me before leaving on a road trip this week.  :faint

I really am planning on releasing my update eventually but it looks closer to being released around Feburary/March at this rate (and hopefully before my Birthday).

It's in multiple packs.. you just need to put all of the voices in each pack into the ffx3/sounds/speech/english folder (which you have to make btw) and then use the latest packs .Dats and files to merge using FFEdit in the ffx3 folder. My instructions should be pretty simple.. once that is done then you should have voice_of_???? appear as selections in your character builder in game.

I'm still hammering away at v1.4.. and hopefully still on schedule for a March release.

Well, that was a mistake on my part for making v1 and then making the next update v1.1 but having the file read "VPMaxv11" because I wasn't sure if the period would throw off the .zip/.rar archieve (i.e. "VPMaxv1.5.rar.01") if it got too big. Thus you look at the files in a pile with numbering that looked rather odd.. v1, v11, v12, v13.

My idiot numbering system should be fixed with v2 when I figure out how to make a self install file so that it's a simple point and click action.

The ClickTeam installer might be good enough for your needs. If you need something more powerful (and thus, more complicated) Inno Setup might fit the bill well, especially with the GUI add-on; FWIW, the FFX 3.2 main folder includes the ffx3setup.iss source code of the Inno Stup installer.

My apologies to everyone waiting for my next VPMAX update as March has nearly passed and I'm still only slighty farther along on my character list then I should be.  :(  It's the typical reason of offline life grabbing me by the ear and not letting go until family stuff was delt with and sitting at the computer messing with my sounds could be a priority again.

Plus I'm hoping that Sledgehammer contacts me soon about the status of his X-Men/Justice League voices too... I want to add a few more before my update is released if possible.

My apologies Mystik and others who have been waiting so patiently...Due to offline family issues (a few funerals, a family reunion, and a wedding - all far away from home) I've been slowed to a crawl on my VPMAX progress as I started catching up since my last post but I'm still moving forward so don't panic quite yet... and the loss of contact with Sledgehammer also has me worried a bit.

However I'm starting to rethink my releasing of a whole VPMAX MUA update since Electro has gone ahead to releasing hero voice packs when he agreed with me that he would focus on villians since he figured out their file naming structure.  <_<   By the time I get my whole "MUA Heroes" update done and perfected he will have just enough packs released to make my work pointless.. but I degress.

Since my summer is slowly allowing for more free time I should be playing catch up in the next few weeks.... and I need to take a look at what packs that I have already done and see what can be released as soon as possible.

Updated: Black Panther, Male Royalty (Generic Black Panther), Blade, Captain America, Colossus MUA, Male Russian Armored (Generic Colossus MUA), Daredevil, Male Stealthy (Generic Daredevil), Deadpool MUA, Male Crazy (Generic Deadpool MUA), Doctor Strange, Male Sorcerer* (Generic Doctor Strange), Elektra, Female Assassin (Generic Elektra), Ghost Rider, Male Spooky (Generic Ghost Rider), Human Torch, Male Firey Hero* (Generic Human Torch), Iceman MUA, Male Teenager (Generic Iceman MUA), Invisible Woman, Female Hero (Generic Invisible Woman), Luke Cage, Male Bodyguard (Generic Luke Cage), Nick Fury, Spider-Man, Male Rookie Hero (Generic Spider-Man), Spider-Woman, Aquaman, Male Atlantian (Generic Aquaman), Batman, Male Intimidating* (Generic Batman), Huntress, Female Muscle (Generic Huntress), Superman, Male Caped Hero (Generic Superman), Wonder Woman, Female Amazon (Generic Wonder Woman).

Mmmmkay.... Apparently I entered a time warp vortex while on my weekend trip and lost my last post here... okay... Let's see if I can remember what I typed and rewind time for those who didn't see it 8 hours before the board jumped in time.

*rewinding sound*

Awww.. Fudge!  :banghead:

Apparently I made a major error because while I was putting all of the completed MUA voice packs in a folder for my last update.. I complete missed all of the X-Men Legends ones that I had in another folder. So while the .dat files may say that some voices are available.. unless you manually installed them from Sledge's site they will not work at all. Soooooo... It looks like my v1.5 update will be much larger then I planned on. Plus I discovered during in-game play just before I left that my MUA packs volume levels are far lower then I thought they were and result in them getting overwelmed by background sound effects.

So look forward to Jubilee, Beast, Jean Grey, Dark Phoenix, Magma, Emma Frost, and a few others appearing in my next update... along with 5 additional shell-tastic voice packs thanks to Alphanaut for sending me files from one of the video games based on the 2003 Animated Series of TMNT. And if you add on the generic versions of the above characters then you really see how large the next update might be and it should be released as soon as I finish the last 9 MUA hero characters and complete the few that I bumped from the v1.4 update.

This is how i did ips:

Download all the packs, extract all the voices into the \Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\Data\Sounds\speech (had to create speech folder).

Then copy the speech.txt and speech.dat FROM THE LAST PACK 1.4 to \Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\ffx3\Lang\English.

Then we just need to merge two .dat files to FFX3 .dats FROM THE LAST PACK 1.4 (objects.dat and characters.dat)

Hope it helps  :).

The good news is that I'm only 3 voice packs away from starting adding the coding to the voices.dats and making my final game tests to make sure everything plays smoothly this time for v1.5... and then shortly afterwards will be a simple v1.6 update which will just be fixed MUA voice packs with upped volume levels to fix my sound goof in the first part of my MUA packs (there will be no .dats or updated files other then just the fixed voice files).

And then I'm going to dig full time into finishing my Destroy All Humans voice packs.. hopefully for part 1, 2, and 3 (if my Wii is cooperative)..

The simple answer is no unfortunitly.. no auto-installer YET but once I figure out how to make an installer program like that auto-merge .dat files then I might attempt it. But I do hope that I provide enough install details in my readme to make it easy enough...

I don't think any of the auto-installers to date (at least for  :ff:) have ever done a .dat merge.  I'm sure there's a way it can be done, but you'd probably have to include the tool that does the merging in the installer, which I'm sure would either be too much bloat in the file size, or too much work, to really pay off.

Sure, gamers are watching E3 coverage on G4TV or elsewhere for game news this week.. but I have another update to make...

Yup, Another update for VPMAX is ready.. and it finishes off my heroes for MUA and the missing XML2 voices from v1.4.

What's new? Added Beast, Male Scientist (Generic Beast), Dark Phoenix, Female Evil (Generic Dark Phoenix), Emma Frost, Female Queen (Generic Emma Frost), Jean Grey, Female Resolute (Generic Jean Grey), Jubilee, Female Sidekick (Generic Jubilee), Magma, Female Teen (Generic Magma), Colossus XML2, Male Russian Soldier (Generic Colossus XML2), Iceman XML2, Male Teen (Generic Iceman XML2), Rogue XML2, Female Southern (Generic Rogue XML2), Storm XML2, Female African (Generic Storm XML2), Magneto, Male Megalomaniac (Generic Magneto), Psylocke, Female British (Generic Psylocke), Sunfire, Male Japanese (Generic Sunfire), Bishop, Male Timecop (Generic Bishop), Warbird, Female Soldier (Generic Warbird), Moon Knight, Male Nocturnal (Generic Moon Knight), Iron Man MUA, Male Armor2 (Generic Male Armor2), Silver Surfer, Male Otherworldly (Generic Silver Surfer), The Thing MUA, Thor, Wolverine MUA, Mister Fantastic, Living Dead (updated), Anthony from Bad Day in LA (updated), Sam (from the Dead Hunters Pinball Game), Casey Jones, and TMNT (Don, Mike, Leo, and Raph).

So, that makes 28 new characters (not including the generic versions) this update.. not too bad.

I adjusted the sound levels on my first batch of MUA characters so they can be heard over the games background noises... so there is no additional files but sound packs in this update. Just install the voices into the correct directory and go play!

Apparently the gaming gods smiled upon me because I found someone who passed me files to some characters I missed...

Who are they? MUA has some bonus characters for the PSP version.. and so VPMAXv1.6 will now include Black Widow, Captain Marvel, Hawkeye, and Ronin among my Destroy All Humans files..

As I've been looking for the missing voices from the MUA game.. I realize that some of the characters from the X-Box 360 Gold Edition of the game will probably take awhile to become available (Hulk, Venom, and Doctor Doom) since they need to be extracted from the archieve files they are stored in.

Anyway, I have ALL of the '90s Incredible Hulk cartoons on DVD and was wondering if you folks would like me to sample Lou Ferrigno's voice from this series and use it for my Hulk voice pack instead. After all the fans wanted Lou to return as the voice of Hulk and he stepped forward to do so for the new movie - so why not hear him in FF too.

The problem IMHO with voice packs from TV and/or films is that there is almost always background music or sound effects that mar the voice itself.

Could somebody please tell me how to install these voicepacks in noobspeak please? I tried reading the other posts to figure out how to install them but I'm totally lost with the terms used. I would really apprecitate it.

Fantastic work, guys. Thanks for these great additions. They really make a big difference in the game.

EDIT: I've run into a bizarre problem.

I downloaded all the Voice Maps and they all work well. (Except, of course, the ones that don't have the sound files like Cable and female_shifty)

So I go through my custom characters to add the voices. I noticed some of my characters can attach the voices with no problem, which is great. However, I have other characters, like my Aquaman or Batman for example, that don't allow ANY voice to attach to it (either the ones from the voice map OR the ones that come with the game). I can hear the sound of the voice when I click on it, but the selection remains blank. What could I have done wrong? I installed all the sound files, in order, into the correct Data file and then merged the appropriate dat files..but like I said, I can hear the sound files..and with other characters, they are fine. I ran the FFXedit program, to make sure I 'branded' the custom characters, but to no avail.

I have this problem sometimes but its an easy fix: open Alex hero tool select any voice from there and save the file, then ingame all is normal and you can choose the voice one you want.

Its a late post but hope it helps someone  :).

does anyone know what steps i would take to add the voicepacks back into the ffx3.3 dats? does anyone have a list of the speech entries and stuff that were added for example? or do we have to wait for CQ to release a new version that works with ffx3.3?

I'm not quite sure if I can throw together the text changes you would need in a reasonable amount of time.. It might be easier to just Zip up copies of my own .Dats and Lang files that I merged when updating to FFX3.3 myself.. I'll see what I can whip together in the next few days and post a link to it here.
