It's Sif's body. That's why she's the only one who's still stuck inside a mortal

I don't know if it is Sif's body. I've actually read it is another JMS creations named Tessa Black who appeared in ASM and is Loki's daughter. Also I got the feeling Sif is just trapped in the old woman's body because of Loki not able to return to her own body because he is in it but we will see.

It's not Sif's body.  Loki shielded Sif when Thor did his spell to release the asgardians, which is why she's still trapped in a mortal body.
