The only pointy-hat witch I can recall is Bobby69's. It did not have a broom. How about witch_wicked_broom?

Depending on how you do it, I might could use her as a mesh for The Spider Widow, an old, golden age heroine. I've been considering using Witch69.
Gni has a witch, too, but she doesn't wear a pointy hat.
