TAP43 did an unbelievably impressive skin for the Mad Hatter and it is definitely in one of his Yahoo groups. You can see a picture of it in the Skins forum, if you look around for TAP's thread.
The mesh for this Mad Hatter skin was made by detourne_me, and that mesh is definitely in one of his Yahoo groups (I think the second one). However, it is labeled under Secret Six.
