Like tommyby's brain in a jar? Don't know wher it is offhand - its not in his other company meshes or DC - B section, but I know he has made one. The piece is the same as his Turban piece on his tv mesh I believe.
That's waht I wold have suggested, and just hide the "jar" part.
Hmmm... I wonder how difficult it woud be to turn it into a Fiend Without a Face?
