An Oconner mesh that works in FFv3R? I can't even get a NIF converted version to work.
Yes. Didn't a working copy "come" with FFVTTR? I'm pretty sure it did. Regardless, you can find one in both my Wolverine mod and my Heroes mod, so I can easily send* it to you.
*Upload it to my space.
I thought it came but I don't see it in my Art folder. All I was getting was a small box with an X in it.
Alright I found the Wolverine mod on Ren's page.
Oconner doesn't seem to be in it.
Oconner is the guy that became, Pinstripe, no? That mesh is already in FFVTTR and I think in my mod he's named Mr. Bigggg. Also, in FFVTTR, I think O'connor "regular" form was just renamed "Gangster"

Bah, all these human/gangster based minor villains running around. Hard to keep track. :P My bad.
The NIF conversion did not work for me without distorting the mesh. Not to be deterred, I exported the O'Connor 3ds max file to NIF (a user-generated NIF as opposed to the clearly barmy IG NIFs) and then performed a successful conversion. I have uploaded oconnor3r to my site (http://phantombunburyist.freedomforceforever.com/downloads/oconnor3r.zip).

I opened the head.nif in NIFSkope, and that programme indicates that it is the proper NIF format. I was also able to play the looping speech animation in NIFSkope, so my best guess is yes, it does work.
